A new website for Blendbetter Pet Foods has been completed with launch imminent.

James and Jennifer Jackson have been running Blendbetter Pet Foods, the family pet food business at Westlinton, since 1983. The business, started by James' parents in 1968, has blossomed into one of the most successful North West businesses operating in the pet foods market and attributes most of its success to its customer care. They have an extensive range of products (approximately 4,000) and an e-commerce store was needed that could best showcase their business and increase online sales.

As well as making use of the fully-featured Crucial Solution Online Store, the new website includes utilities that allow automatic daily two-way synchronisation of local store data (products, prices, customers, orders etc) with the live website data.

The website and associated synchronisation and management utilities were written in VB.NET and C#.NET within the ASP.NET platform.
